Media training for religious organisations
The purpose of this one-day course is to understand what makes news and how to identify, pitch and explain your story to the media. It will include a tailored introduction / refresher session on the use of social media. There will be opportunities for individuals to practise being interviewed by one of the trainers, for print, radio or TV. In addition, there will a brief introduction to writing for radio, for those intending to broadcast on religious programmes.
