Minister resigns as Israel imposes lockdown in High Holy Days
Yaakov Litzman, an ultra-orthodox minister in Benjamin Netanyahu’s government has resigned after Israel announced plans to reimpose a nationwide lockdown to coincide with Jewish New Year.
