Briefings

Aiming to help journalists discover more about stories in the news, finding new angles, deepening understanding and conversing with those who make the news. The briefings are open to all and have proved particularly valuable for journalists and media professionals.

Our regular briefings on stories about religion in the news give context and background with panellists who explain and comment on the story. We welcome suggestions from organisations bringing out books, reports or research, who would like to collaborate with us on organising a briefing.

National and regional journalists join specialist correspondents in our meetings, and our recordings on our YouTube channel reach thousands. The briefings are also turned into podcasts and a written report is published on our website news section.
