The Aga Khan, the spiritual leader of Ismaili Muslims, died aged 88. His multi-billion dollar fortune funds philanthropic work including health centres in Asia and Africa. His successor is his son Rahim al-Hussaini, 53, who has served on the boards of the Aga Khan Development Network.
